Sorry for the absence! I have been busy, and lazy as usual. (:

Firstly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BELOVED NISH!

So looking forward to her return. The poor girl sounded so tired (she was sleeping) when I called her to wish her happy birthday. Do take lots of care okay, so you can fully enjoy when you are back! :)

I am gonna blog about this Banana Diet that I read about recently which promotes weight loss by eating bananas in the morning.
Apparently it's quite the trend in Japan!

First, let's just review a few facts about bananas:
  • Bananas contain a large amount of an insoluble carbohydrates called “resistant starch.” Resistant starch, taken in the right way at the right time, has been credited with initiating fat burning and melting away excess body fat

  • Bananas contain enzymes that, when taken at specific times, will speed up
digestion and ramp up your metabolism to levels you won't believe

  • Bananas can reduce blood pressure, give you healthy skin and hair, and are naturally heart healthy

  • Bananas are one of the only fruits that you can take with an ulcer. They actually can soothe your stomach and reduce heartburn.

HOW

For brekkie, you have only bananas and room-temperature water. Then, you can eat whatever you like for lunch, dinner, and snacks, as long as you don't eat after 8 p.m.

The only restrictions: No ice cream, dairy products, alcohol, or dessert after dinner, and the only beverage you may have with meals is room-temperature water. One sweet snack is allowed midafternoon.

PREPARING THE BANANAS

You will need - bananas and lemon (quantity as you like)

Step 1: Cut banana into small slices.

Step 2: Cut lemons into thin slices.

Step 3: Putting them together.

TADAH! :)

Put it into the fridge to prevent spoilage and
you are good to go the next day.

Note: Just one small reminder - it is not good to eat bananas on empty stomach, don't ask why because I'm not sure. It's like bad for the kidney or something. So eat or drink something light before eating it! :)

enjoy!:)
