Day 1 - Genting (First World)
My first stop in our 3 day Malaysia Truly Asia was none other than GENTING! The weather was like freaking minus 10 degrees I think! To top it off, it rained, hence half the time the fog was too thick for us to see anything properly.
Poor monkey had to brave the cold outside!
*miss*
We stayed in the popular First World Hotel, but really the room is so freaking small you would be better off sleeping in your own bedroom. Other than that, everything else is really great.
Because of the rain, I didn't get to go to the theme park AGAIN, for the 2nd time that I am in Genting. How disappointing~ Lol. I think Ling prayed very hard for this to happen!! ArrrHHH!
So we could only walk around the shopping centre and during dinner time...we went to have steamboat in one of the chinese restaurant! Really love the feeling of eating hot food together during cold weather...very cozy. :)
Had my share of fun in the casino too! Finally tried the jackpots, and also I played this table card game which is similar to blackjack but it is called "Pontoon".
I felt like a noob sitting down at the table and not even knowing the basics like having to tap your hand for a card. Luckily the dealer was a very nice guy and the aunty, uncles were all very nice to teach me the rules. Also Don don was there behind me so I was not so scared!
Am lucky enough to win some money back, though not much, it was enough to cover all my expenses and had some leftovers.
Day 2 - Genting to KL
Our last hours in Genting, trying to savour every bit of memory of it.

Our last hours in Genting, trying to savour every bit of memory of it.
And then we were off on the coach again to our next destination, Kuala Lumpur! Was on the same bus with a certain male actor and his ah tiong girlfriend, or was it wife. :x

And yep, it was SHOPPING TIME at chinatown after eating. *loves*
Petaling Street is really good for shopping and bargaining, but a bad place to be at if you are one who dislike fake branded goods. If so, you should stay away from this place, ever.

Night time was just spent walking around the Golden Triangle area, and the popular shopping mall called Pavillion. Night view of Malaysia is definitely breathtaking.

And that's it for our second day in Malaysia. Lots of fake goodies bought and beautiful scenes captured.
Day 3 - KL to Singapore
Woke up to breakfast buffet provided by the hotel, yummmmmy. Went back to room to pack our stuffs for check-out and headed off to Petaling Street again for our last minute shopping.
Ate our lunch at some roadside stall selling Bak Kut Teh!
